What is the best way to bring in business? -Cabling Contractor-?

Q. I work for a voice and data cabling contractor in the San Francisco bay area.
We have a website, we are on google and yellow pages,
I frequently cold call on businesses in our industry.

How else can I drive new customers toward our services?
(We install category 5 cable, and fiber optic cable for commercial buildings).

A. Contact electrical contractors (even those with a low-voltage division). They may need you to do specialty work or subcontract to you.

Contact companies that sell computer hardware and related equipment. They may be able to use you as an installer or, at a minimum, provide a way for you to advertise your services at their business (especially if you offer to refer your customers to them).

Contact the landlords for commercial buildings in your area, especially those that have tenants moving in or out. You may also be able to make some contacts with commercial real estate agents with the hope of being referred to their clients.

Contact the network services IT professional at medium to larger companies. Sometimes the company contracts for these types of installation services directly instead of having the landlord. There are several large-ish pharmaceutical companies in the SF area that might be good targets.

Contact everyone you have done work for in the past (assuming they were happy) and ask them if they need any additional work and if they can refer you to any companies that might be in need of your services.

I paid my car off 10 years ago. I lost the title and cannot locate the Lienholder. What do I do?
Q. All I have is that the original lienholder is DFSI in Roanoke, TX. I've tried google, yellow pages, and 411 but can't find them.

A. Go file for a lost title at the DMV. What does the old lien holder have to do with that?

what is the different between yellow pages and panpages?
Q. last time i was search something on google, the result page shown out yellow pages & pan pages. But i thought two of them are the same.

A. Yellow Pages refers to a telephone directory of businesses, categorized according to the product or service provided. As the name suggests, such directories were originally printed on yellow paper, as opposed to white pages for non-commercial listings. The traditional term Yellow Pages is now also applied to online directories of businesses.
