How do you capture image on Google earth with spatial refference?

Q. I need to add google earth satellite image to ARCGIS 9.2. I tried to capture the area, but when i open it in ARCGIS, it has no coordinates what so ever...

A. Try turning on the Grid by pressing Ctrl+G. If that's not what you're looking for, try pressing your keyboard's "Print Screen" or "PrntScrn" button, then go to your favorite image editing software, and press Ctrl+C. Then get rid of the extra features you don't want, and the coordinates should stay on.

What time of day does the Google Earth satellite take its pictures?
Q. I want to know what time of day and, if possible, how often the satellite for Google Earth/Google Maps takes its pictures. If anyone knows, please answer.

A. Most of the photos on there are between 1-3 years old. Given that, time of day is irrelevant though I would assume early afternoon to keep brightness high and shadows to a minimum.

When did they launch the Google Earth satellites?
Q. When were the satellites for google earth launched into space, and who were some of the people who designed them? Source Please.

A. Google isn't that big, but yes many think that. They have no own satellites at all. The satellite Landsat 7 is launched on April 15 of 1999. All pictures it has taken (500 a day) are now used in many programs, some even much better than google Earth ! Really, also the free program Nasa World Wind is much better made to explore all these original stunning pictures of the LandSat 7.
