How can I find out what someone did to go to prison and when he will get paroled?

Q. I found two of my high school classmates on the internet - the California Department of Corrections Inmate Locator. One is in Folsom and the other in Solano.

How can I find out what they did and when will they get paroled. I heard that if you're in Folsom, you'll probably do at least ten years. Any truth to that?

A. Google there names. /crime

Or you could pay $20 and do a background check on them and it will tell you exactly what they got arrested with. it's unlimited for a month.

What is the coordinates format should i provide for consumer GPS usage?
Q. I want to give my house coordinates to my friends (eg. 3.157806,101.732508), so they can search it via GPS locator. What format should I provide them (DDM, DMS etc.), since I dont have any GPS locator so I dont have any idea how they use it for finding a location. My house doesnt have a specific address, it is in a remote area.

A. Find it on Google Satellite, right-click and select "drop marker", then copy/paste the lat/long (decimal degrees, WGS84)

What's the difference between a public ip address and a private ip address?
Q. Does it work like this?: Websites like Google can see your public ip address but not your private ip address?

A. Your public IP address is visible to each site that you visit and mostly it is saved into logs of server that can be used later to analyze number of visitors and what they do or for other purposes.
You can see what is your public IP address and what site may know about you below:

Private IP address is does not tell almost anything and it is visible only to you. However there are some technique that also internal IP address can be seen as you can see in these examples:

Hope this helps.
