A. What you're asking about is called Search Engine Optimization (also called SEO). If you google SEO, you'll get tons of recommendations. Essentially, you want to use lots of relevant keywords, heavily interlink all of your pages, and get some outside sources to recommend you (maybe a friend or customer who also has a website).
