Can a google doc that is created on a mac be read on a different pc? It can because it is internet use right?

Q. If I create a google doc on my MacBook Pro, can it be read by my teacher on her PC? It would because it is just through the internet, but I know Mac and PC do not get along. Just clarifying. Thanks.

A. Yes. Google Docs by default use their own format. They are accessible on almost any kind of computer with a modern browser including Mac, PC and Linux.

How do I start a Google doc?
Q. Our committee is planning an event and as opposed to having to continously be sending e-mails, we would like to start a Google doc so that we just keep updating information as each of us go on.

A. Just start a gmail account or google account. Login with that account on google and at the top you will able to see Google Docs (Now it's called Google Drive). Or just search on google after you sign in.
