Q. A competitor posted a false and misleading review about our business, upon Google reviews. Despite many flaggings over time, Google has not removed the review, nor responded to correspondance on the matter.

I wonder if I could file a claim against Google, in my county, in small claims court? In my state, parties can not be represented in court for small claims under $1500 (unless the defendant happens to be an attourney).

Your thoughts?

A. Sure you can sue them...and then they can countersue you for millions of dollars simply for wasting their time. Not a smart choice; Find another way of making extra money.

Where can I get replacement parts for my phone?

Q. I am trying to get replacement parts for my Nokia Lumia 920, but all I can find on Google is reviews. I bought it cheap on eBay with a cracked screen and want to get a replacement LCD screen.
That's not an answer to my question. I have bought and fixed three phones in the past, and have never had problems with them. This is just such a new phone that a lot of websites don't have parts yet.

A. You are better off getting a new phone. Your first mistake was buying a damaged phone in the first place. The cost of a new screen will almost surely be more than the price of a new phone. There isn't really a coherent plot arc. The things in the first book barely carry over to the others. In Harry Potter, Harry fought Voldemort every book, in Odd Thomas... well... there's not much.

It's like Dean Koontz just said to himself: "I like money a lot. This Odd guy is popular. Let's write another couple of novels for him."

"This dealership sold me a bad car" is another way to make the point that would not get you in trouble.

Which online site prints the best quality photos?

Q. I want to have a poster-size photo printed. I was thinking about Ritz Camera, but when I searched Google for reviews on photo printing sites, SnapFish and SmugMug were rated top picks. What would you suggest?

Also I was thinking about having the photo printed on Satin paper, but Matte and Glossy seem to be the only options. So, unless someone also knows of a site that does good quality prints on Satin paper, I guess I have to go with Matte.

A. Believe it or not--I've been pleased with the results from my local Costco. I had 4 20x30 prints done for a client, at my former place of residence; and since moving my new locale, I have a poster-sized print (I think it was closer to 24x36) done for a new client up here. The only drawback is that your only choice is matte or glossy... but you can't beat the price.

Of course--I can and have used higher-end labls, like Digilabs in the S.F. Peninsula; but just wanted to throw this up as a "budget option."

Can users contribute in designing a special google logo?

Q. On special occasions the google logo changes to meet with that occasions..
I am a graphic Designer and logo design is my passion... Is there like a mail where users can submit their logos and the google team can review them and post them if they are impressed?

A. you can contribute for the Google logos. but that will not be special like Google Doodle,
so many people has also contribute in this way,

but google will not gonna use those logos as their main logo!!

A. If it's a case of defamation then I think you would have to take it up with the webmaster of the site in question. If you cannot resolve the situation with the webmaster then you just have to pursue legal action. Google doesn't usually get involved in situations like this. They might comply when there is a direct court order.

Do tattoo removal creams really work? If so, whats the best/most effective one to get?

A. nothing is out that does that effectively...

i've heard of wrecking ball but it doesn't do what it says the best way to get rid of a tattoo all together would be laser sry :(

Where can I get replacement parts for my phone?

Q. I am trying to get replacement parts for my Nokia Lumia 920, but all I can find on Google is reviews. I bought it cheap on eBay with a cracked screen and want to get a replacement LCD screen.
That's not an answer to my question. I have bought and fixed three phones in the past, and have never had problems with them. This is just such a new phone that a lot of websites don't have parts yet.

A. You are better off getting a new phone. Your first mistake was buying a damaged phone in the first place. The cost of a new screen will almost surely be more than the price of a new phone. Also, any shock that could damaged the screen could easily have caused additional internal damage that hasn't shown up yet.
