A. Well this is definately one free "live" (constantly updated and animated 24-7) satellite feed I discovered. It's a very secret new feature in Google Earth.. normally their pictures are from a year ago, but this is an experimental feature they're testing which is exactly what your looking for. 24-7 live feed. similar to that in Enemy of the State.
