Q. I have been working with google adwords for the last few months I have eliminated alot of waste from the companies campaigns but i am wondering what are some suggestions on how to figure out the folllowing:

figure out what negative key words i should be blocking
if i try a large number of keyword how long should i wait to decide what is working and what to delete?

A. The title of the question says how to improve adwords conversion rates
I think you got confused with conversions & ctr. If you want to improve the CTR then improve ad copy, target keywords and use negative keywords.
If you want to increase conversions, apart from improving ad copies you should implement conversion tracking code to track conversions and before that optimise the landing page and test different types of landing pages.
Learn a/b testing and multivariety testing
Learn how to use tracking code
Learn how to optimise the landing pages (although the basics might be same but differs from site to site)

I have a banner ad for my business. How do I make it show up on my own web site using Google Adwords?
Q. Basically, for a specific reason, I want this ad to show using the google adwords technology.
A. Google Adwords is their PPC, it does not take banners. So, why would you want it on your own web site as it will cost you whenever someone clicks on it. Google Adsense is different, it places other peoples ad on your web site based on your web site theme. Which means you show competing theme sites. How long does your final warning last for on Google Adwords?
Q. After receiving your final warning from google adwords, does it last a period of time before you are no longer on a final warning or is this with you forever?
A. I would have thought that this final warning is with you forever due to multiple violations, any other violations will lead to immediate account suspension. I highly suggest reading through the rules and regualtions carefully and see what you're doing wrong and stop, angering Google is not a good idea!
