Do they take each photograph by hand on interactive Google map?

Q. How do they do the Earth Google Map with 360 degree interactive photographs. Does someone really take all the photographs? If using a satelite, how can it be 360 degree with interactive functions at the same time?

A. i just saw the guys doing it a few months ago here. and now its up online. but they were in like an electricians van with some kind of radar or something on top. it was a white half dome on the top of the van. my friends and i were all over town cause we were trying to fix something and we kept seeing them kinda creeping around, and we saw them everywhere, so we asked them after about 6 times seeing them and they told us.

Is there any flight simulator that does have Google Earth map as terrain?
Q. Is any flight simulator out there that has Google Earth maps as terrain (streaming) or allows it through mods or plug-ins?

PS: Yes, i know that GE does have a "flight simulator" but i mean more serious ones like MS FS or x-plane.

A. As Google Earth has its own flight simulator, it will not supply its maps to an existing flight simulator franchise such as Microsoft, at least its very doubtful. There are certain companies using the flight simulator add-on within Google earth to provide a flight simulator feel, such as http://www.ge-flightsimulator.com/

How is google earth better than google map?
Q. Google map also has street views. Google earth requires installation. How is one better than the other? Thanks for answering!!!

A. Google Earth gives a much bigger picture, and it's easier to zoom in and out and fly around. And you can change the viewing angle and elevation. And there are a ton of other features, most of which I don't even use, but they're there.

For looking at maps in a web browser, I switched to bing.com (by Microsoft) because they have "birds eye view" which is really cool.
